I'm using Fedora 25 and after pulseaudio upgrade to 10, devices that are lose Bluetooth connectivity (if you suspend while Bluetooth connection is open or battery on a BT devices dies) appears as "ghost" and on a next connection duplicates themselves.

I see no way how to clean this up nor can I find where does this list stored. In any case seems like a regression to me, since it worked just fine before pulseaudio update. At least that's where I can traceback it to, maybe this has nothing to do with pulseaudio.

Due to later changes and switch to pipewire and other components, it's no longer relevant.
