Kdenlive project load locale warning dialog

Opening an existing Kdenlive project that has been created with Kdenlive/Linux on Kdenlive/Win shows a locale warning, regardless of what locale has been set in Windows. See also the attached screenshot.

Problem confirmed. When I create and save a project on Linux and open the saved kdenlive file on Windows this Bug appears.

This local UTF-8 issue was solved with version 20.08.
