Error Message

In WinRAR, if Archive.part1.rar is only downloaded, then it's able to open since the archive is ordered, so if part1.rar has 10 files, then the first 9 are complete and file 10 is half there with the other half in part2. But Ark doesn't open it, it requires the other parts.

I confirm this. Ark 17.08.0, rar 5.50, unrar 5.50

dd if=/dev/zero of=a.dat  bs=5M  count=10
dd if=/dev/zero of=b.dat  bs=5M  count=10
rar a -v3k test.rar a.dat b.dat
rm test.part*2*
unrar e -or test.part*1*

Ark can't open it, unrar can both list archive contents and extract file that isn't devided.

I can confirm the above.
ark.kerfuffle: Could not find a plugin to handle "/home/ed/Downloads/rar/test.part00001.rar"

unrar is able to list and extract, same with 7zip Linux (attachment).

Neon Git Stable, Plasma 5.12.0, KF 5.43.0, Qt 5.9.3, Ark 17.12.2
RAR 5.50, p7zip 16.02
