Using the 'details' view, scrolling in the main file panel works at around 3 lines per 'click' of the scroll button.

The folder panel moves at about 24x slower - it takes about 8 scroll clicks to move the contents by one line's worth.

Fixed in Dolphin 16.12.0, please update.
