Open Configuration is always grayed out on the menu

Can not open menu option Project>Open Configuration.
It is always grayed out. However, if I go under the projects tab I can right click the project and get to Open Configuration.

Running Kdevelop 5.0.3 on Windows 10.

I think you need to have a project selected in the projects panel to use the menu, no?
