File .local/share/akonadi/db_data/mysql.err

Using packet akonadi-server-16.12.0-2.1 and running akonadiselftest it shows a file .local/share/akonadi/db_data/mysql.err which contains a lot of error messages. The file is attached.
I am having problems with deleting email, which in the configuration should go to specific trash folders, but in fact go to the trash in Local postbox.

Used akonadiselftest again, no issues found.
