Description nerdnils 2017-01-15 07:28:50 UTC
I already tried to work this out in the forums but since this still is not solved for some versions(this worked in an older version but since a few versions this does not work at all, I don't knwo what happened) I need to report this, as this is obviously a bug for me:
The position and zoom keyframes don't work as expected! Sometimes Repositioning is ignored, sometimes zooming is ignored. Sometimes even both! Only the first keyframe always works. So no transition from one zoom and position to another is possible. That is not how keyframes should work.
Please have a look at this thread in the forums:
https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=270&t=137643&p=370275

I just upgraded to 16.12.1 but this is not in the version list. Doesn't matter, same bug applied to 16.12.0

Greetings from germany, I hope the german text on the screenshots is not an issue. If it is, please tell me, I am happy to translate.

kdenlive-file having the bug

I don't know hot to add the movie/picture. Bug should happen if only the picture of is replaced with another picture. Doesn't Zoom/scale nore change it's position but the keyframes say otherwise.

If this helps: I downgraded. 16.08.02 seems to be the last version not having the bug.
Comment 3 nerdnils 2017-01-17 05:44:48 UTC
Sorry for that wrong information. Found the same bug in 16.08.2, it just does not do it with the same clips but also does it. Why does this not happen always? *wondering*

I don't know if this helps. But I just found out that for scale if you only have two keyframes, it seems like always the size of the second keyframe is taken and the size of the first ignored. Transform having the same bug as position and zoom.
