Video showing the problem

Setup:
Two monitors.
Plasma panel with taskbar is at left corner of right screen.

Whenever I move windows to the left monitor, it goes somewhere else when it crosses a portion of the screen.

Using the move functionality (right click -> more actions -> move) works fine.
