I was going to edit ./data/syntax/cpp.xml myself to add Q_ENUM besides Q_ENUMS but then i realized that's in a group called Qt4Macros so didn't feel proper so i decided to file a bug and let you decide how you handle it.

Correct, this should be fixed when resolving https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/128631
