Description Manfred Tetzlaff 2017-01-07 11:52:08 UTC
We miss the html export function.
When does she exist again in kipi-plugins?

Not ported to Qt5 and not planed to do.

In fact, we need an new HTML5 compliant tool now. Older one only export data in HTML 4

Can I add a voice requesting this, a working HTML5 export.

In particular I'd like to be able to export a directory hierarchy to a web page hierarchy, i.e. preserve the original layout.

Hello, Chris.

I've just created a new HTML gallery theme which generates pages using HTML5, CSS3, and UTF-8.

Gilles has included this new theme in the digiKam 7.0.0 project, but in the meantime you can download it and use it with digiKam 6.x.y by visiting my project page on GitLab:

    https://gitlab.com/Bobulous/digikam-html5-gallery-theme

Let me know what you think. (And for any problems or suggestions relating to this gallery theme, please use the Issue page within GitLab.)

Fixed with new theme (see comment #3)
