Updating the MIME database with

/usr/bin/update-mime-database /usr/share/mime

gives the following warning:

Unknown media type in type 'all/all'
Unknown media type in type 'all/allfiles'

Seems to come from

/usr/share/mime/packages/kde.xml

This is done whenever updating with the package manager.

Cannot be fixed in kdelibs4.
