The columns are all sized to fit their contents. The only resizable column is the last one, which stretches or shrinks to the window width.

Is there a reason why you want to resize them?

In my opinion, user should be able to resize as much as he wants.
In my case there is the first column that does not fit its content, moreover there are other columns without heading

The fact that the first column doesn't fit its contents is a bug.

There are no column headings defined for your third and fourth columns, so even if you resized them, nothing would show.

The issue with the first column not fitting its contents has now been fixed - see bug 365257. I don't intend to make the other columns resizable, so I'm closing this bug report.
