It seems some of the settings tabs of the Worskpace Theme settings applet are not updated/drawn correctly when display scaling is enabled. A part of the sidebar is drawn on top of the content, which is also offset incorrectly. Clicking around does seem to cause a redraw and fix. A screenshot is attached.

Running Plasma 5.8.4 in Fedora 25 x86_64 with NVIDIA proprietary drivers.
