Windows are not presented in regular grid

I have "Present windows" effect layout set to "Regular grid" and it works fine. Though, when I use "Desktop grid" effect windows are presented in some strange, unoptimized manner. Screenshot attached. I've also prepared a mockup how it should look like to my understanding and how it worked several versions ago.

Another issue is that when I drag a window in a grid mode between workspaces it is not visible during movement. It disappears under cursor when I catch it and it re-appears on other workspace when I drop it.

Sometimes, the close button from PW is not visible, but it still takes a place
in the desktop grid.

Anyway, that issue was fixed in 5.14.3. Without the close button, windows are
presented as expected.

What's interesting is the black bars/lines on the screen. Do you still have them?

That's completely different issue, which was fixed in 5.14.3

Hi. Nice to hear that this have been resolved.

When it comes to black bars/lines. I haven't seen it for very long, so this issue probably is not valid any longer.

Cool!

I'll mark this issue as fixed, if you're still able to reproduce this bug in 5.14.3, please reopen this bug report.
