Hello,

Google photos manage a pool a photos. These photos can be organized in albums.

When we export to google photos from the menu Exportation > Export to google photos / picasa, we must select an album.
This is an issue because google photos albums allow only 2000 pictures. So if you select more than 2000 photos in digikam, export process will run but there will be some missing photos in the remote album.

I don't have that many photos to test :-)). But I guess that it's still valid, and even more strict. Moreover, the problem is also about API quota. Google Photos API is still in version 1.0 so the quota must be much smaller.
