Patch

Build kwallet fails on windows with a cmake generated undefined kwallet_xml-NOTFOUND error. 

The appended patch fixes the issue.

Per https://build.kde.org/view/Frameworks/job/Frameworks%20kwallet%20kf5-qt5%20WindowsQt5.7/ this now appears to be fixed.
