When calling krunner from a shortcut, typing some search term and pressing enter one expects to execute/open the top found item. However, if the mouse cursor is positioned in the area of krunner before calling the shortcut, the item below the mouse cursor is selected. This also happens if the mouse is never moved. 

This behavior has led to many false selections using krunner (and i needed some time to figure out why something else was started than I expected). 

I propose to select an item only on mouse move or click.
