Badly positioned rectangle.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press and hold on window rectangle in Pager.
2. Drag rectangle outside Pager.
3. Release mouse.
4. Move mouse to Pager. You can see that rectangle is still following mouse cursor.
5. Click somewhere in Pager.
6. Rectangle stays there.

Rectangle should be snapped to the nearest workspace but that doesn't happen.

This was fixed by 180e1072e933cf13edb145dfeab2a62b7623a0eb.

This bug still exist in:
KDE Plasma version: 5.8.5
KDE Frameworks version: 5.30.0
Qt Version: 5.7.1.

It's fixed in 5.9 beta.

I'll add it'll also be fixed in 5.8.6, the commit happened after 5.8.5 was tagged.
