konsole screenshot side by side

Recently, I have noticed that history on my system has been messed up. Same numbers are assigned to different commands in different tabs. The numbers are re-assigned.

Please see the attached screenshot.

I was guess your bash setup - I use zsh myself

I don't have any bash setup. It's what the default shipped by Fedora. How do you know it is not Konsole's problem and bash's problem?

Because Konsole is only a terminal. It prints characters that it is told to print. Like ... a printer!
