Description silva 2016-12-09 15:03:10 UTC
When I try to render an animation as Gif/Matroska/Mpeg4, two of the following things happen:

A) Opens a Box stating "Encoding Frames" but nothing happens (the bar doesn't leave the 0%)

B) Opens an Error Box stating: "Could not save png (...) Reason: Copying the temporary file failed (...) Cannot create file for output"

I have FFMpeg installed in /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg and have previously used it to encode several video files with success using the terminal. Besides that, Krita seems to automatically find its correct location (in the render animation box). Is there a step missing?

Thanks!

The fix will be in 3.1; you might have to clear you configuration in Library/Preferences/kritarc though.
