After import the selection of dock windows may change.

How to reproduce: 
1. start umbrello
2. If not present arrange tree view, stereotypes and diagrams dock windows into one dock area.
3. select tree view as visible dock window.
4. Import c++ code

What happens:
After import is finished the tree view not selected anymore.

What is expected:
After import the selection should be the same as before starting import.

Fix 'Dock window selection is changed after code import'.

Tree view has been hided on import to speed up importing which
could be better implemented by suspending tree view updates.
