Created attachment 102631 [details] screenshot i want to retrieve a couple of photos from my camera. - plugin camera - device notifier pops up with "Open with File Manager" as only option - click that option - an error popup comes up "A folder named /home/<USERNAME>/.cache/kioexec/krun/12758_0/ already exists." see attached screenshot for illustration.
David, any idea?
does going trough dolphin (clicking on the device icon in the sidebar) give the same error?
This's a kio problem. It happens on all links on my system.
Is this still an issue with KDE Frameworks 5.49?
After a standard Linux Mint 18.3 KDE 64-bit install on Lenovo Carbon X1, could retrieve photos from my camera with dolphin just fine, but now this stopped working. Getting exactly the same error as described above. Any solution known? KDE Plasma 5.8.9, KDE Frameworks 5.36.0, Qt Version 5.6.1, Kernel 4.15.0-29-generic, Dolphin Version 16.04.3
