Maybe I'm misunderstanding how this is to be used.. but I've tried everything I can think of and I can't find any documentation on it to tell me otherwise.

I've tried regex, I've tried plain words, I've tried words with asterisk wildcards.. nothing works.

WORD
*WORD*
[a-zA-Z0-9]{4}

No luck.  See example:  http://i.imgur.com/DajYbvj.png

The ignore feature only works on the hostmask at the moment. Please open a feature request and describe what you need and we'll see what we can do.
