Basically what is writen in the summary. For example it does not work when using pmatrix; on the other side it works with $...$, \[...\] but not with $$...$$

I have checked that pmatrix works now but not $$...$$; tikzcd does not work correctly even choosing environments. I have tried to find the places to change the code unsuccessfully.
