Description Brian Allred 2016-11-29 23:31:02 UTC
Application: kwin_x11 (5.8.4)

Qt Version: 5.7.0
Frameworks Version: 5.28.0
Operating System: Linux 4.8.11-1-ck-haswell x86_64
Distribution: "Arch Linux"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed: Google Chrome was loading after being opened via launcher icon. I clicked on its icon in the task area of the bottom panel while it was loading. It didn't come up instantly, so (impatiently), I clicked the icon a few times in rapid succession.

- Unusual behavior I noticed: When Chrome finally came up, it had some strange black artifacts in the title bar decoration until I clicked the window into focus.

-- Backtrace:
Application: KWin (kwin_x11), signal: Segmentation fault
Using host libthread_db library "/usr/lib/libthread_db.so.1".

Unfortunately the backtrace is (as always with Arch) lacking debug symbols. We see that it crashes, but not where and why. There is nothing we can do to investigate.
