User interface showing the mouse connected but the bluetooth disabled

Bluetooth is marked as disabled, and clicking on "enable bluetooth" doesn't do anything, but I can connect the mouse from the command line.
Once it is connected the systray icon changes to show a device is connected but still reports the bluetooth as off.

Rfkill output:

Some extra context. The integrated bt was disabled by bios. After enabling it and removing the usb bt it started working as supposed.

Thanks, sounds like this was a deeper issue that you've since resolved.
