this is an image which updates the progressbar while i hover the pointer. if ididnt hover it, the progressbar will remain the same value..

the progressbar while installing a package will not update its % level until you hover the mouse pointer over it

Muon is no longer maintained, please switch no a supported alternative like https://apps.kde.org/discover/ or the package manager native no your system.
