Monitor setup:
Secondary monitor || Primary Monitor

When moving a window from the primary to the secondary monitor, the window will just disappear, it seems like it is placed under the secondary monitor out of the screen coordinates. To bring the window back I have to select "move" in the Task Manager, which allows me to place the window on the second screen properly, until I reposition it again by dragging it as usual which makes it disappear again.

Here is the xwininfo output where the windows should be at the same location (+-5px):
