When I boot up KDE Neon, my user profile picture is supposed to show up on the login screen where I enter my password to login. But instead of showing a custom picture of myself, which I selected from my library, it shows a semi-transparent black avatar (the default one). I am currently running KDE Neon 5.8.3 User Edition. I was previously running Kubuntu 16.10 and I didn't have this issue before, my picture showed up perfectly fine on the login screen after bootup.
I guess neon uses sddm, but letting neon maintainers decide where to assign this bug to.
confirmed
Confirmed still issue in KDE Neon 5.9.0 User Edition.
