Attachments no longer visible below the header on preview and attachment column view.

How to reproduce:

1) Create and send plain text email with attachment (pdf).
2) In both preview pane and attachment column no attachments are present.
3) View - show message stracture reveal that attachment exists but not visible otherwise.
4) HTML emails attachment is visible but only at the end of the text in preview instead of below the header.
