I just tried to install qttools5-private-dev (5.7.0-0neon+16.04+build6) but it depends on qttools5-dev (5.5.1-3build1) whereas neon ships qttools5-dev (5.7.0-0neon+16.04+build6), so the packages are both Qt 5.7 packages but the private one wants 5.5.1.

Hi there, this no longer appears to be an issue in the latest version:

Operating System: KDE neon 5.14
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.2
Qt Version: 5.11.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0
