Please add settings for saving notifications emmitted as notify-send (analog Toast for android) in notifications list as regular system notifications. I need this because messangers clients: Slack, Skype, etc sends as notify-send and they immediately disappear.

If an application requests a timeout of 0 the notification will be kept in a history. There's some brainstorming happening about providing a history or things like that but nothing concrete yet.
