The only thing I miss from Plasma 4 is the CpuFreq applet. Will we ever see a Plasma 5 applet that lets us control the CPU frequency governor?

I don't think this is going to happen, sorry. If it hasn't happened yet, it probably won't. :( Somebody could still make one and put it up on store.kde.org, of course.
