Screen Capture

That's what happens when I apply a transform mask after making a selection on a
portion of an image.
If I want to move the transformed layer, it moves randomly (not exactly following
the cursor/mouse). In the attached video, you can see that it moves to the bottom right of the screen. Hope that description helps! Thanks!

Hi Silva,

I'm not sure I am correctly trying to reproduce the issue. This is what I tried:

* create a selection
* transform the selection with the transform tool
* create a transform mask from the selection
* deselect
* select the move tool
* select the transform mask
* move the mask

The whole layer moved (which is kind of logical, since the mask would transform the whole layer), but I didn't see anything weird happening.

There's one step missing. After creating a transform mask, I apply a scale.
Only then I try to move it. What happens to me is that when I move the
Transform Mask (not the layer), it behaves strangely. When I drag it to the
left, it goes to the right. When I grab it upwards, it moves downwards...

With apply a scale you mean that you use the image/Scale Image to new Size dialog?

Nope. I mean using the Transform Tool to scale the selection.

There must be a very specific set of transforms that interact this way... My simple rotation doesn't trigger the bug. Could you maybe attach the file with the transform mask?

Yes, found out that if I move the drawing layer (instead of moving the
transform mask layer), it works as expected (for me, it is ok that way).
Probably something to do with the anchor point?
