- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I had a konsole window open with numerous tabs; it had been open for days. I was editing some file in kate, then moused over the konsole window and clicked.

I think I clicked on a tab, but it's possible I clicked elsewhere. When I clicked, konsole crashed immediately.
