After using "Speed" effect on a clip, and cut his on two separate clips, second part becomes invisible on timeline and jumps to the end of project.

I cant reproduce this. Can you explain how to reproduce this please with a new project?

This happens because of a timeline corruption caused by the speed effect. Closing this as a duplicate since rhere is already a report on this issue. Please follow it up here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369585
