Screenshot of marked Cell B2

After the latest update from KDE Neon 5.8.1 to 5.8.2 i don't have no frame after clicking whit mouse in cells in Libreoffice Calc 5.2.3.2.
If I select multiple cells i have dark background but no frame.
I can't see no line styles in menu. Frames are visible if i select opengl rendering in libreoffice -> options -> view, but then I have broken menus.

In KDE Neon 5.8.1 on Libreoffice Calc is everything ok.
Tested on 2 systems.

Sorry for my bad english!

In Xubuntu 16.04.1 and Libreoffice Calc 5.2.3.2 are no problems whit marked cells.

Can confirm this problem Neon 5.8.2.
For me it is much worse. The toolbars are not displayed correctly.

Comment 7 Bernhard Scheirle 2016-11-02 16:11:02 UTC
I can not reproduce this bug on my system.
- Selected cell are highlighted properly
- Drop down menus are displayed correctly
- Toolbar looks normal

Do you use a custom LibreOffice installation?
Since Ubuntu only ships LibreOffice 5.1.*

System:
KDE Neon User Editon
LibreOffice 5.1.4.2
Comment 8 bruschke 2016-11-02 17:01:05 UTC
Kde Neon User Edition 5.8.3
Same problem whit LO 5.1.4.2
- Selected cell are not highlighted properly
- Drop down menus are displayed correctly expect border style
(lines are only visible if clicking mouse over each border style line and move up or down)
- Only two lines are visible in Border style at the end oft the drop down menu
- Toolbar looks normal expect if activate opengl

Toolbars OK

If I start LibreOffice in the terminal with "SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN = gtk3 libreoffice", everything is fine.
Comment 14 bruschke 2016-11-06 10:13:07 UTC
Installation of the package "libreoffice-gtk3" has solved the problem.
