I have a laptop that can also be used as a tablet. The programme however only works when I use it in normal laptop mode, and not when I use it in tablet mode. Why is this and how can I fix this?

Hi Vera,

Without more information it's impossible for me to know "why that is". You're not telling us which operating system you're using (I doubt it's Android, though), you are not telling us which brand of convertible laptop/tablet you're using and the description of your problem is very vague: "tablet function doesn't work" -- what tablet function do you mean?

Hello,

Thank you for the quick response and sorry for being so vague.

I have a lenovo yoga 500 14isk. I can swich really easily between laptop
mode and tablet mode. When I do that while using the krita app, I can't
draw anything. I can still select different things and inhance the immage,
but I can't draw unless I use my mousepad. Is there something I have to do
before I can draw anything without using my mousepad?

Ah, you mean you're trying to draw with your fingers on the screen? If so, that's not supported at the moment, and there is already a bug for that in the tracker.
