I was trying to add a new launcher in KDevelop (Run > Configure Launchers...), I realized that the context menu that appears when pressing "Add New..." doesn't appear where it should (it has an offset). I'm not sure how to take a screenshot for proof, but it should be reproducible.
Could it be, that this is another situation of https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-51640 ?
Did you check the linked bug report whether that's the issue you are experiencing in KDevelop?
