I can provide a video demonstration of this if need be.

Problem is when I start Kdenlive, sometimes the volume for the Clip and Project Monitors is at full, but the icon shows it's muted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Kdenlive.
2. Look at volume icon in Clip & Project Monitors.
3. Left-click volume icon.
Actual Results:
Even though the volume icon shows muted, the volume is actually at maximum. Adjusting the volume bar will fix the issue, but the problem will happen again after program restart.

Expected Results:
Volume icon in Monitors shows accurate volume levels right after starting Kdenlive.

Bug discovered while using Kdenlive 16.11.70 git master build via ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master.

Ubuntu 16.10, Unity 7.5.0 desktop environment.
KDE Frameworks 5.26.0
Qt 5.6.1
