Description adr.fantini 2016-10-23 08:59:03 UTC
A new toggle is present in Energy Saving: "Wireless power saving".
Awesome! But it is confusing. The three options are:
"Leave unchanged"
"Turn off"
"Turn on"

The first is easy, but the other two could both mean: "Turn off (on) wireless power saving" OR "Turn off (on) the wireless card". It's not very clear right now, it could be interpreted in both ways especially by new users.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Energy Saving module
2. Look around

Actual Results:
Confusing

Expected Results:
Not confusing!

Not sure if this setting is part of plasma-nm or powerdevil.

It's powerdevil. The UI has been improved here to just say "Wireless" as a category header, and there are individual entries with more descriptive names.
