I know this is silly. I already filed a wish in KDE4 times which was resolved as WONTFIX. After hours and hours searching it I was unable to find it so I am opening a new one.

I know that you guys even managed to release a KDE1 desktop compiled against a modern Linux, so I know that I have hopes ;)

i like the latest and greatest technology, but I also love the look of KDE1 and specifically the KDE1 window decoration, which I find awesome. Right now I have all the tools that I need to emulate a KDE1 desktop window look (the Qt Win95 widget set) but the window decoration is sorely missing.

If you even managed to port KDE1, would you PLEASE add a KDE1 windeco so we could enjoy Plasma and KDE in all its retro glory?

KWin developers will not add any decorations. Someone could create an Aurorae theme that matches the KDE1 decorations.
