want two digital clocks on task bar to show two different timezones change zone in settings for either and both change

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install extra clock on panel
2. change timezone in one

Actual Results:  
both change

Expected Results:  
set time zone in one left other the same

Works here.

Plasma 5.5.5 is really old, please see if you have this with a newer version.
Then please include a screenshot and a copy of your ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
