On Plasma/KWin 5.8.1, with... - The "Resize Window" desktop effect enabled. - Window border disabled ("No Borders") in Applications Style. After resizing a window by dragging on the resize handle on either the bottom left or bottom right corner for the first time, it is not possible to drag the resize handle any more - while dragging on the top two corners always works. After disabling the "Resize Window" effect, or enabling border on at least the bottom end, the problem goes away/ Reproducible: Always
Update, enabling only the bottom border wouldn't do the trick. I had to enable "tiny" borders for resizing to work again.
I'm not able to reproduce. For me resizing always works. Can you perhaps make a video to better highlight the problem?
This issue report is quite old. Can you please confirm, that it still persists with KDE 5.23? If so, please make a video to better highlight the problem?
