ppa kdenlive-testing (16.11.70+git201610110023)
When applying fade effects by dragging clip's top corner in timeline - clip moves a little too.
After appliyng  FadeOUT this way, shortening the clip in timeline by dragging clip's left end makes the clip completely disappear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add clip to bin
2.Drag clip to timeline
3.Drag clip's corners to make fade effct

Actual Results:  
clip moves

Expected Results:  
clip should stay in place

Please try with the actual Kdenlive version 18.08.1

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.08.0a to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/ 

If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.
