Hi It seems like kde4breeze.upd completely ignores the values set in $XDG_CONFIG_DIRS/kdeglobals by a system distributor causing the script to override the configured values with Breeze. The update code seems to take into account LNF defaults but does not take into account XDG_CONFIG_DIRS Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Configure a different ColorScheme under the [General] category in XDG_CONFIG_DIRS/kdeglobals 2. Make sure your LNF package does not set a ColorScheme 3. Remove the ColorScheme entry from ~/.config/kdeglobals 4. Remove the kde4breeze.upd entry from ~/.config/kconf_updaterc 5. Logout 6. Login Actual Results: ColorScheme is reset to Breeze Expected Results: ColorScheme should be configured according to system global settings

Is this still an issue? Do you have a ~/.kde4//share/config/kdeglobals?
Is there anything about this that's still relevant today where Plasma 4 has been obsolete for years?
