Description Antoine B. 2016-10-11 10:40:34 UTC
The default configuration for Skype accounts creation contains an error that prevents the account to work and generates `must install Skype 2.0 binary` messages each time a connection is attempted.

The error sits in the default launch command which is `Skype` while the correct one is `skype`, without initial capital letter.

Reproducible: Always

Kopete 1.8.3 (not shown in `version` dropdown)
Skype 4.3

Default is "skype" with small 's'. Do you have localized KDE?
Comment 2 Antoine B. 2016-10-23 18:35:17 UTC
Indeed I'm using the french locale.
I should have mentioned that, as it seems that is where the problem is located.
Comment 3 Pali Rohár 2016-10-23 19:00:34 UTC
Probably problem is really in localized strings... But localization files are not part of Kopete.

Hello,
I've fixed the problem in the fr translation, however I suggest excluding this string from the .po file altogether.
