Description mosh 2016-10-11 06:02:22 UTC
Certificate creation fails with "general error" message, only thing special about the gpg4win gpg2.15 (with ssh) certificate was the long expiry date.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gpg4win > kleopatra
2. create new key
3. expiry 2040

Actual Results:
Later: General error

Expected Results:
Created key

On windows7, atleast a better error message would help, as there are too many parameter in key creation.

I can confirm the problem with Kleopatra 2.3.0-gpg4win-3.0.0-beta276.

How to reproduce:
* Start OpenPGP keypair creation.
* Use advanced options to set an expiration date far in the future, e.g. 2080
-> General error.

The included gpg 2.1.22 can create such a key pair, but only after confirmation
and will display ????-??-?? as expiration data.
