When switching tabs with Ctrl+Tab or with mouse in Dolphin the selection or focus moves from the file icons in the tab to the tab row itself.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some tabs in Dolphin.
2. Select a file in one of the tabs.
3. Switch tab with Ctrl+Tab or mouse. The focus or selection is then moved to the tab row itself so you can't directly after switching tab move the selection with arrow keys between icons in the new tab.

Actual Results:  
See point number 3 above.

Expected Results:  
After the tab switch the selection shall stay among the icons in the new tab and not move to the tab row.

Can't reproduce in Dolphin 18.04.
