Probably a symlink issue/misplaced icon or simply missing a Person icon for it.
I can confirm this bug on Plasma 5.9-dev (Neon dev/unstable).
which package I have to install (kde neon user edition), can't see it any more.
is person the same than user switch? how is the package called in kde neon?
